Browser language

Chrome is started with this locale and Accept-Language preference.

Gemini transient retries

Retries temporary timeout/high-demand responses.

Automatically fall back to Gemini 3.6 Flash / 3.5 Flash-Lite when the primary model returns temporary high-demand or rate-limit errors
